Beef with Mushroom Sauce is another simple yummy beef dish that is fairly easy to prepare. It is saucy and creamy that is best eaten with rice. My Beef with Mushroom Sauce is made up of tender beef sirloin, some fresh large button mushrooms and the not so secret sauce ingredient the Campbell’s Condensed Mushroom Soup.
The beef cuts are first seared then braised with the Campbell’s Condensed Mushroom Soup. To complete the dish the fresh button mushrooms are added in the final stages of cooking.
